Our Story
Desert Bloom CPR was born out of a personal experience. After experiencing a cardiac emergency with few trained bystanders nearby, our founder Connie Burnett knew something had to change.
She earned her AHA and Red Cross instructor certifications and fell in love with program and invested in bringing American Heart Institute and Red Cross education and to Healthcare workers, businesses, teachers, parents and individuals all over the "The Grand Canyon State". Word spread quickly — her practical, approachable style made even the most nervous students feel confident.
Today, Desert Bloom CPR serves as a trusted name in emergency preparedness — and we're just getting started.

Lead Instructor & Founder
Connie is an AHA and Red Cross certified instructor who understands that a hands-on and encouraging teaching style helps students gain the confidence to act in an emergency. She understands the importance of clear demonstrations by focusing on engaging, practical, and safety-focused learning. She is passionate about empowering others with the knowledge and skills needed to save lives!
